On March 31, 2020, a fund managed by Ironsides Partners (“Ironsides”), sold an aggregate 29,286 shares in Okeanis Eco Tankers Corp. (“OET”) at a price of NOK 73.514 per share. Additionally, OET announces a previously unreported trade. On March 10, 2020, Ironsides sold an aggregate 50,000 shares in OET at a price of NOK 65 per share.
Ironsides hereafter owns a total of 1,469,272 shares in OET, or 4.47% of the registered share capital. Ironsides’s CIO and founder, Robert Knapp, is a member of the board of directors of OET.
