GREECE, March 24, 2023 – Okeanis Eco Tankers Corp. (“OET”) (Oslo Bors: OET) has been notified that QVT Financial LP (“QVT”), legal person closely associated with primary insider and member of the Board of Directors of OET, Daniel Gold, on March 23, 2023, sold 14,209 shares at a price of NOK 262.448 per share. Following the transaction, QVT holds 1,683,492 shares in OET.
