(“OET”) (Oslo Bors: OET) has been notified that on August 11, 2023, a fund managed by QVT Financial LP (“QVT”), legal person closely associated with primary insider and Member of the Board of Directors, Daniel Gold, sold 56,736 shares in OET at a price of NOK 266.7088 per share. Following the transaction, QVT holds 1,626,756 shares in OET.
