On 11 October 2019, a fund managed by QVT Financial LP (“QVT”) purchased an aggregate 400,000 shares in Okeanis Eco Tankers Corp. (“OET”) at a price of NOK 97.25 per share.
QVT hereafter owns a total of 2,083,650 shares in OET, or 6.34% of the registered share capital. QVT’s CEO and founder, Dan Gold, is a member of the board of directors of OET.

On 11 October 2019, VR Global Partners, L.P. and an affiliated entity, VR Capital Group, Ltd. (together, “VR Capital Group”) sold an aggregate 200,000 shares in OET at a price of NOK 98.5 per share.
VR Capital Group hereafter owns a total of 1,498,053 shares in OET, or 4.55% of the registered share capital. Joshua Nemser, a portfolio manager of VR Capital Group, is a member of the board of directors of OET.
