Ioannis Alafouzos hereafter owns 522,286 shares in OET, or 1.59% of the registered share capital.
Also on 14 October 2019, Sea Shell Enterprises Limited (“Sea Shell”), an entity controlled by Themistoklis Alafouzos, the brother of Ioannis Alafouzos, purchased 45,000 shares in OET at a price of NOK 98.00 per share.
Sea Shell hereafter owns 556,500 shares in OET, or 1.69% of the registered share capital.
Entities controlled by members of the Alafouzos family collectively own 18,678,586 shares in OET, or 56.79% of the registered share capital.
